• Create and manage sankalpa (spiritual commitment) goals
• Track daily mantra japa (chanting) practice
• Record mala counts and practice entries
• View statistics and progress visualizations
• Access a library of traditional mantras
• Set practice reminders and notifications
• Sync data across devices

3. USER ACCOUNTS

3.1 Account Creation

• You may create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or phone authentication
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account

• You retain ownership of your practice data and custom content
• By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process your data to provide the service
• We will not use your practice data for any purpose other than providing the service

5.3 Mantra Library

• Traditional mantras are public domain spiritual texts
• Descriptions and categorizations are our original work
• Use mantras respectfully and in accordance with spiritual traditions

6. OFFLINE FUNCTIONALITY

The App is designed to work offline. Your data is stored locally on your device and synced to our servers when online. We are not responsible for data loss if you uninstall the App without syncing or backing up your data.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

The App is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future:

• Pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to App Store or Play Store policies
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

• Traditional spiritual training or initiation

• Religious or spiritual counseling

17. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date above
• Posting a notice in the App
• Sending an email notification (if applicable)

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
